The creation of this body of work originates from my desire to educate and elaborate on the concepts and ideas amassed over 30 years of acquired knowledge via the combination of self-experimentation, the study of evidence-based practices and peer reviewed literature as well as the vast amounts of observation based, accumulated anecdotal evidence gathered coaching clients over many years. My intrinsic purpose is to raise the collective conscious awareness among fitness professionals and fitness enthusiasts alike, aid in the alignment of high-quality coaching practices and to impart an understanding of how context, nuance, biomechanics, knowledge of the human anatomy and physics are imperative in the prescription and execution of exercise and efficient and effective hypertrophy focused training. Some content may challenge indoctrinated concepts and belief systems as I open portals of inquisition, while providing alternate perspectives and recurring underlying concepts to engage the audience from differing dimensional viewpoints that may trigger epiphanies when logically examining the programming principles of hypertrophy. All this through an all-encompassing big picture lens incorporating a holistic approach, balancing highly efficient and effective hypertrophy outcomes with longevity and overall health.
